When it comes to travelling, planning is part of the fun (or at least it is for me!). However, sometimes it’s not so simple. There is a lot of information out there, and sometimes it is a little overwhelming. Deciding where to go, what to see, and what to do in a city can be daunting, especially if you have limited time. It is also subjective to what type of traveller you are. Are you the adventurous type or one who prefers to soak up arts and culture? Here are a few website picks on how to plan a trip to one of the world’s most loved cities, San Francisco.
Paros may not be as famous as its Greek Island counterparts such as Mykonos or Santorini, but it is by no means less beautiful. We spent a glorious few days soaking up the gorgeous vibes of the idyllic “White Island” (nicknamed for all the amount of marble quarried there). Seeing as though we believe sharing is caring, here is a small collection of photos we took during our blissful time on the stunning Greek Island of Paros.
Cádiz Carnaval brings out the ‘crazies’
Spain has many festivals, but Carnaval has to be one of the most accessible. You don’t have to risk your life running with bulls or cop a tomato in the eye. But Carnaval IS one of Spain’s craziest and most enjoyable festivals. With that in mind, we and a bunch of friends decided to travel to the sea-side city of Cádiz (click on the link to read about Cádiz) to enjoy the festivities with the locals. If you would like to rub shoulders with guys in drag or your favourite movie characters while enjoying a lively atmosphere, then Carnaval is for you!
